1 large fenced pool – open April 1 to Oct 31 – weather permitting April and October.
POOL IS FENCED FOR CHILD SAFETY REASONS
4 double bedrooms, ensuite (each with Smart TV, a double bed – 2 of which have an additional sofa bed, 1 of which has a single bed, 3 of which have kitchenettes inc mini fridges, 1 of which has a microwave).
1 kitchen/diner with a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, hob, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine with pods, Moka, toaster + fridge freezer).
1 large cantina with a fully equipped kitchen.
WIFI, ironing facilities and washing machine.
The cantina is a very attractive space to relax in. Or, to host special events for up to 50 persons.
For those who prefer to dine alfresco, there is a large covered terrace, totally private, with a BBQ.
This whole villa is FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE!
The monument is permanently closed.
EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
In the vast fenced grounds, another detached villa sits at the side, separated by a fence. The owners, a young couple, live here. Their private patio area is out of sight. As is yours.
At the front of the property in the expansive gardens is the monument and the pool.
The pool and the entirety of the front gardens are FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE! And, that the owners’ villa does NOT have windows overlooking the pool and the surrounding gardens further contributes to your privacy.
At the back of the property, fringed by a hedge, is a lusciously green, meditation zone, focused around an eco pond. A naturally evolving oasis, mostly obscured by lily pods, it spawns frogs, toads, fish, newts, lizards and water snakes (they don’t stray!). Submit to its beauty and reach nirvana. I could meditate for hours in this magical spot.
Separated by a driveway, and also fringed by a hedge, a large children’s adventure park perfects the family experience. Liberally equipped with a slide, climbing frame, swings, a bouncy horse and various other playthings, this area was specifically designed to stimulate your children’s imagination for hours on end!
The meditation zone and the children’s adventure park are FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE!
The owners tend to the pool and grounds at times to suit you, usually very early in the morning. You need never see them unless you want to.
The huge car park IS FOR YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE. Except if a Comune inspector visits to check the monument and/or the organic plantations that surround this property. Last year, two such inspections took place.
The owners have their own private parking spaces at the back of their villa.
The owners do NOT use the pool, the grounds + gardens,, the meditation zone, the children’s adventure park or the car park when guests are residing in Spello By The Pool.
TOTAL PRIVACY
Both villas are sufficiently big to permit both the guests and the owners total privacy.
