The walled, mediaeval, fabulous, historic city of Spoleto, teaming with shops, bars and restaurants, nestling in a myriad of twisty cobbled, arched lanes, piazzas dotted across the city, is only 10 mins by car.

However, you can find food shops and restaurants 8 km away in La Bruna.

The whole villa, it’s manicured gardens, it’s extensive grounds, it’s olive groves, it’s fruit orchards and vegetable patches, it’s fabulous leisure pool…. ALL THIS IS EXCLUSIVELY YOURS!

This outstandingly beautiful villa, where I’ve enjoyed many a dinner with my friends, who are the owners – she, an artist, he, a pilot, is one of their homes. This means it’s equipped with absolutely every home comfort. Including two 3 seater, squashy leather sofas! Fabulous!

They are often away because of his job or a commission for her. While they are away, this fabulously comfortable home, with air con throughout, is exclusively yours, along with the extensive private grounds, gardens and pool.

The closest neighboring villa is 800 mts away. So you can make as much noise as you like!

Driveable country lane..

The villa is at the end of a 900 meters private country lane that is not tarmac. However, it is not stony and it is driveable.

Damage Deposit, to be paid in cash on arrival, to insure against serious damage only - refundable on day of departure : 450 euros

NOTE -

City taxes: 1.50 Euros per adult + children 12 years and older, for the first 4 x days of your stay.

That is payable upon check-out and receipt will be provided.
