TODI BY THE POOL – GEN DESCRIPTION OF OUTSIDE AREAS
Large pool is situated in a panoramic position below the house. It is only a few metres from the house.
The pool measures 12 x 6 m and has two depth one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with PVC and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.

The pool has an outdoor shower with cold water.
Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.
Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.
There is a beautiful garden around the house
There is also a playground for children.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Provided that you pay the full balance on time, you can receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if you cancel at least 8 weeks before check-in.
Provided that you pay the full balance on time, you can receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if you cancel at least 4 weeks before check-in.

THEN, you and we pay COMMISSION AND TAX to the platform on these charges. This raises the daily rate considerably.
So, we’ve EXCLUDED these 5 charges from the reservation rate.
Instead, you will pay cash on arrival for these 5 charges.
To include your whole group, the extra charges (free of tax and commission) in cash on arrival are :
a damage deposit - 700 euros (returnable on departure day)
a pet fee - 100 euros for whole stay
a final clean fee - 200 euros
local taxes - 1.30 euros/person/night (over 14 years of age) for first 4 nights in a month
utilities - 29 euros/day
This enables us to offer you the best competitive rate for your reservation!
NOTE : Refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is our insurance against vandalism - wrecking of ping pong table, table football and/or burning of wooden dining room table and/or ripping off of washing machine door. We do not charge for normal breakages - crockery and glassware. To be paid in cash on arrival - returned in full on departure. To date we have never charged anyone !
